- Images returned via an online gallery within one week of the shoot

Listing + Lifestyle (most popular)

Includes:

- Lifestyle images with my wife and kids using your spaces and amenities to capture the experiences people may have while staying at your Airbnb

- A full listing worth of images that includes the exterior, interior, amenities, and some details

- Images returned via an online gallery within one week of the shoot

- Rights to post and use images however you like for advertising purposes

- Captured over the course of five days (four nights) to give the best opportunity for ideal conditions and unique images that are not possible in a single day

Social Media + Everything Else

Includes:

- 15-20 vertical short-form lifestyle videos for social media of people using the spaces and amenities as well as videos of major rooms for you to make reels from

- Lifestyle images with my wife and kids using your spaces and amenities for a more lived-in and unique feel

- A full listing worth of images that includes the exterior, interior, amenities, and some details

- Images returned via an online gallery within one week of the shoot

- Rights to post and use images however you like for advertising purposes

- Captured over the course of five days (four nights) to give the best opportunity for ideal conditions and unique images that are not possible in a single day

The not-so-fine print

Travel is calculated using the IRS standard mileage rate round trip from Spokane, WA.

The travel fee is collected up-front as a non-refundable deposit to hold the date(s) of the session. The final portion of payment is to be made after the session is completed but before any content is returned.
