Top Outdoor Things to See in Maui and Maui Landscape Photography
I had the opportunity to go on a trip to Maui with my wife Tiffany recently. Though we spent much of our time on the beach there, we did get to do some exploring outdoors around the island and got some incredible photos that I wanted to share with you all. One of the first places we went to visit was the Olivine Pools on the Northern shores of Maui. It is a very dangerous place and you have to make sure to go during low tide if you plan on going. I made sure to check the tidal data for Maui to confirm when it would be safest to go. I took a few drone shots as well as a video clip for use on my Instagram page.

For the next few days, we spent time on the beaches in the area we were staying in around Kihei. I took some photos here and there that I loved and even got lucky enough for a turtle to swim under my drone as I was taking some water shots. Near the end of our trip I also took a photo of Molikini Crater that I had planned for quite some time and was one of my “bucket list” shots.

We were in Maui for ten full days which was the perfect amount of time. We got to see a little bit of everything and I got to check a few outdoor landscape photos off my list.
